This well-established Exeter-based law firm is looking to hire a contentious probate & trusts solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years' post qualification experience.

The Role:
- Manage claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
- Disputes over will validity, testator capacity, and estate administration
- Advise both charities and private wealth disputes
- liaise with other teams including mental capacity, tax & family
Your Experience:
- 3+ years PQE within contentious probate
- Ideally with STEP or ACTAPS qualifications, if not then support to gain this
- Proven experience with contested wills & inheritance claims
- Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT and income tax in estate planning
